Spearmint essential oil provides aromatic comfort during times of occasional uneasiness when diffused or applied topically.

SUGGESTED USES:

- Diffuse it with Tangerine E.O for a fresh and uplifting aroma.
DIRECTIONS:
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of Base Oil and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
