Yes, you can make dish wash liquid soap from a solid or leftoversoap – and it’s EASY.
Making your own liquid soap by using up the soap leftovers is easy and a great way to avoid wasting perfectly good soap.
I like to gather all my leftoversoap in a container for a later day. Once I’ve collected enough soap ends or soap scraps – I put them altogether to make a glorious liquid soap.

how to make Dish Wash liquid soap:

✔Water Container/ pot
✔soap dispenser
?ingredients:
1/2 cup of chopped soap
3 cups of water
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
1.5 teaspoons of glycerin (optional)
scent is optional (my soap bars were already scented and I left this out)
Step ~ how to turn bar soap into liquid soap:
- Place the three cups of water into your container
2. Add all of your chopped soap into the water
3. Let the soap completely dissolve (let it sit there for overnight)
4. The next day, Once all the soap is dissolved, remove the container/pot and stir in the glycerin and optional scent.
5. Pour into a soap dispenser of your choice
Remember, you can always add more water to the soap – but you can’t take it away. So, I prefer to err on the side of caution with a thicker mixture.
