Palm Oil (Food Grade) is derived from the flesh of the fruit of the oil palm species E. Guineens is.

Palm oil (and its products) has good resistance to oxidation and heat at prolonged elevated temperatures;

hence, making palm oil an ideal ingredient in frying oil blends.

Soaps made with Palm Oil will have a very nice stable, conditioning lather.

It is often used in quantities of up to about 40% of the base oils in a recipe.

Palm oil adds a unique feeling to cold process soap.

It helps harden the bars and it creates lather when paired with coconut oil.

Palm oil is also used to create other ingredients used in skin care.
